	*The Budget MOD*

This was the victim for this mod.

Its a simple budget swap meet case.

I've had the case for a number of years now and just really got bored with the way it looked.

The total budget for this baby is around the $30 mark

First it was completely striped and disassembled.

Care must be taken when doing this so as you don’t lose any of the bits because you might just have trouble putting it back together.

Next it was time to paint the chassis.

You may notice here that the top has been removed.

Nice and red now. It took 4 coats of paint to cover the gray.






		I also covered the loom with some split conduit to make to look better.

Next it was time to break out the jigsaw and cut some metal.

Then it was time to paint all the sides and top.

I decided to relocate the power supply from its original location.

It has been moved to the bottom of the case and a hole cut in the back for the power cable.


	I also cut a small window in the top of the power supply.

The front was also painted in a mix of silver engine enamel and gun metal gray.

Look much better than the blue.

Then it was time to put it all back together.
